The Lazers Church Youth Group meet for about 50 minutes every Sunday morning, during the service, in our own room (colourfully decorated by us!!!). We are led by Daphne, who works very hard and enthusiastically teaches us God’s Word. We take part in biblically-based quizzes, treasure hunts, videos, team games, meditations, discussions & challenges. There is also cola and biccies for us to eat and drink, as well as sweets as prizes. Our ages range from 11 to 20+ yrs (with the older ones helping out). It is great fun, and everyone enjoys themselves! We all get along really well and look forward to Sundays!
The Lazers Church Youth Club meets on every 1st, 3rd and 5th Thursdays of the month. Daphne, Peter, Michele and James supervise the activities. These include computer games, pool, sponge football and listening to music. There is also a tuck shop where crisps, sweets and drinks can be purchased cheaply. It is for Church members and their guests only. The average age of attendees ranges from 11 - 19. Every youth club meeting is lively and entertaining.
